Mining Equipment Manufacturing & Refurbishment
Brooks Bros can design, certify and custom build for any purpose, with all equipment being constructed in-house. We offer our clients endless possibilities for equipment diversity. All our mining equipment complies with Australian Standards and NSW Mines Department regulations.
Brooks Bros also specialise in mining equipment refurbishment both for underground and open cut gear, ranging from crack repairs to boot end or loop take up refurbishments.
Steel Products
We stock a large range of profiles, from the smallest to the largest structural sections. Our products include, but are not limited to; hot rolled black sheet, galvanized sheet, flat bar, round bar, angle, plate, channel, beam, pipe and RHS available in painted and galvanized, along with a range of stainless steel and aluminium sheet, RHS, pipe and flatbar. We also stock galvanized mesh, gate infills and expanded metal sheets.
Keep in mind that if we do not have it stock, we can order it and have it delivered overnight.
Tools and Equipment
Brooks Bros shop front offers a large range of welding products, including welding rods, mig wire and a full range of welding consumables as well as gas cutting attachments and spares. We also stock a full range of buildex tek screws, high tensile, zinc, gal and stainless-steel bolts, nuts and washers. For the handyman we have a range of hand tools, power tools and drill bits along with dyna bolts, cutting and grinding wheels, flap discs and wire buffing wheels.
For anyone requiring pipe repairs, we have a range of butt weld fittings, sockets and elbows available in black and galvanized. We also have a wide range of butt hinges, pad bolts, spring catches stainless steel flush locks and handles, and keeping in mind we are more than happy to handle your special orders. .
Reinforcing Products
Brooks Bros supply a wide range of reinforcing products including mesh, trench mesh, deformed bar, plastic and bar chairs. With our delivery service, we can arrange to have your order delivered to site.
Shade and Sale Manufacture
Brooks Bros have supplied and installed shade and sails in Newcastle, the Central Coast and the Hunter Valley for the last 10 years. These are designed and made to order, after consultation with you, the client. Our shade sails have a range of applications which include pool shelters, BBQ areas, school playgrounds, horse shelters and entertainment areas.
Building Supplies
Brooks Bros in conjunction with BlueScope Lysaght can supply all your building needs. From the smallest residential project to the largest industrial complex, we can supply the materials, ordered to your specifications, and have them delivered to site.
Rural Applications
Brooks Bros have the capability to supply and manufacture all your rural needs. We have a wide range of steel for all your fencing needs, and can fabricate farm gates, stockyard gates, portable stockyard panels and loading ramps, horse crushes, cattle grids. We can also supply machinery sheds. We can repair any of your farming machinery and equipment, and we stock a large range of gate hinges, slam catches and post caps as well as post hole auger attachments. Also available is a range of rubber belting, suitable for horse stables and cattle yards.
Adjustable Piers
Brooks Bros manufacture their own adjustable pier tops and bottoms, these are hot dipped galvanized and can be easily adjusted to suit footing variations, with no welding required they can easily be assembled on site. Whether you are renovating an old home or planning an extension or new home, these are just the thing for do-it-yourself application.
